HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND HANDLING TAKE?
Processing takes 2 - 3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs monday - friday (if you ordered on friday, your order will be processed on the next business day which is monday).
Domestic express shipping is 2 - 3 business days depending on your location
Domestic regular flat rate shipping is 5 - 7 business days depending on your location
International shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location
WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER BE UPDATED?
After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
To ensure a quick delivery, all orders are processed daily and cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We happily accept unopened extensions and unworn units within 7 days of the shipping date for a store credit or exchange only for all qualifying orders. No refunds.
Exchanges are allowed "One time only"
We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality hair extensions and wigs we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate these situations.
All bijòu x bijóu hair extensions seal must not be broken, the hair must not be unwrapped, uncombed, brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way to qualify for an exchange! If the hair is altered, an exchange or store credit cannot be issued and the hair will be returned back to you.
We are not responsible for any stylist custom colouring your raw / virgin hair outside of "Bijou", because we understand that not everyone is a licensed colourist and that is why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom colouring services.
All sales are final on custom colouring.

You are responsible for all shipping costs and/or clearance fees associated with the exchange. We also recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because we at bijou are not responsible for lost items.
